Putin did dreamed about turning(converting) fighter jets into nuke carriers and even kamikaze which one would send in large numbers(swarm) attack on a Europe at once - obviously in glider bomb style

If I were in charged of NATO and serious about European defence, I do order Russia due to invasion
on Ukraine, to keep clear with its fighter jets 100 km off Russian border. The mentioned issue was discussed in front of Stoltenberg, sometimes in 2008(even earlier in 2004 - it was one of the primary weapons Russia built) or so and AGAIN IN 2009/2010 - I was told by NATO bosses to disregard one as they do have a proper answer ready to respond with. Fast fighter jets capable nuke cary is a different animal than clumsy planes Putin showcased for decades...

Jets from what I recall were converted at large for nuclear strike capable before 2001...Russians worked night and day on the primary assault weapon as I stated, converting jets into capable nuke carry jets and likely even into kamikaze nukes.
